http://www.getresponse.com Places ads at top of message; however, can pay from $3.95+ to have ad removed.

http://www.zinfo.net/ Places small ads at the bottom of the message; however, can pay $50 for the year which will remove the ads.

http://www.smartbotpro.net/ Another freebie with fee service. Although found the site didn't have a lot of information without signing up.
